Job Scope:
The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting the companys human resource operations by handling daytoday HR activities ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and maintaining effective employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations including onboarding offboarding employee documentation and attendance tracking.
- Handle recruitment support tasks such as sourcing candidates scheduling interviews and preparing employment offers.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Manage GOSI registrations updates and monthly submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate training sessions employee engagement initiatives and performance review cycles.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure companywide adherence.

Prepare regular HR reports and assist in audits or compliance checks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 3 years of relevant HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge and handson experience with GOSI procedures and online platform.

Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling recruitment processes employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
