Role Context and Objectives

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for commercial office spaces, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
- Lead and mentor the leasing team to foster a culture of excellence and strong performance.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and industry partners to promote leasing opportunities.
- Negotiate lease agreements, focusing on favorable terms for both Qiddiya and its tenants.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns aimed at attracting tenants.
- Monitor leasing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to commercial leasing.
- Implement tenant engagement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading leasing strategies for commercial office spaces.
- Proven ability to conduct market analysis and negotiate lease agreements.
