Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce delivery team and support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
The role involves Salesforce development, configuration, application support, integrations, troubleshooting, releases, and continuous platform improvement across Salesforce environments including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality.
- Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce Flows, and related technologies.
- Develop enhancements, workflows, automations, and custom Salesforce features.
- Support Salesforce administration, configuration changes, and incident resolution.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and application improvements.
- Develop and support Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Support Salesforce releases, deployments, testing, and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce Flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, objects, schemas, and data models.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote international team.
Preferred:
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
- Marketing Cloud experience.
- Enterprise integration and data migration experience.
