WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Saudi Seven Group for General Contracting is expanding its operations and is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development professional to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with strong market knowledge, proven business relationships, and a track record of bringing new projects and clients, particularly within:
General Contracting & Construction
Civil & MEP Works
Industrial & Maintenance Services
Land Transportation & Logistics
Manpower & Equipment Solutions
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Generate leads and secure new projects and contracts.
• Develop and maintain a strong business pipeline.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial opportunities.
• Monitor market opportunities and upcoming projects.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and negotiations.
• Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Strong experience in the Saudi contracting, construction, transportation, or industrial sectors.
• Existing relationships with potential clients and contractors are highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into actual business.
• Valid Saudi work authorization / Iqama.
• Saudi market experience is a strong advantage.
