Job description
We are seeking an experienced Director – Infrastructure Operations & Asset Management to support a major city-scale development programme in Saudi Arabia. This senior role will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, built assets and city-wide operational assets, supporting the transition from design and handover through mobilisation and long-term operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the programme-wide Infrastructure Operations & O&M strategy.
- Oversee operational readiness, mobilisation, handover and ongoing asset operations.
- Establish governance frameworks, SLAs, KPIs and performance standards.
- Lead lifecycle asset planning, maintenance strategies and capital replacement programmes.
- Oversee the performance and maintenance of city assets and supporting infrastructure.
- Lead procurement, mobilisation and performance management of O&M contracts.
- Manage budgets, commercial performance, risk and operational compliance.
- Lead multidisciplinary asset, engineering and operations teams.
- Act as a senior advisor to programme leadership and key stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years’ experience across Infrastructure Operations, Asset Management and O&M.
- Experience managing large, complex, multi-site or city-scale asset portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of the full asset lifecycle from design and mobilisation through to operations.
- Experience across infrastructure, built assets and complex operational environments.
- Strong commercial, procurement and contract-management capability.
- Major programme, developer or consultancy experience.
- Significant Middle East experience, ideally including Saudi Arabia.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification.
