Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Department: Quality Control

Direct Manager: Quality Supervisor/Manager

Work Location: Plastic Products Factory

The purpose of the position

Responsible for monitoring the quality of products and raw materials during production stages, ensuring compliance with established specifications and standards, in addition to identifying non-conformance issues and taking necessary actions in coordination with the production and quality departments.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and products during and after the production process.
• Ensure product compliance with established specifications and standards.
• Conduct required inspections and measurements using tools and measuring devices.
• Continuously monitor product quality on production lines.
• Identify defects and instances of non-compliance, document them, and submit reports.
• Isolate non-compliant products and prevent their use or shipment until a proper decision is made.
• Complete quality inspection forms and maintain inspection records.
• Monitor production eye points and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to address quality issues.
• Ensure the implementation of quality procedures and instructions within production lines.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production area according to quality requirements.
• Participate in investigations related to customer complaints regarding product quality.
• Adhere to safety and health procedures within the factory.
• Perform any other tasks related to quality as assigned by the direct manager.
