Supervise the Architect site activities and ensure that the contractors are following the approved drawings and Project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and adherence to design intent. Verify that construction meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure all work complies with local, national, and international building codes and standards. Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographs and observations, and maintain accurate records. Attend construction meetings and provide updates on inspection findings and project progress. Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of designs during construction. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Conduct final inspections and punch-list reviews to ensure project completion meets design and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, construction, or inspection roles. Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and building codes. Attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
