Job Summary

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure ensuring delivery against agreed scope time and budget.
  
• Be companys technical project management interface to the vendor/partners/client project team.
  
• Manage project budgets track expenditure forecast costs and report variances to the Head of PMO.
  
• Maintaining project timeframes budgeting estimates and status reports
  
• Plan and coordinate the allocation of internal resources and third-party vendors.
  
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence. Experience on Zoho Project is preferred
  
• Manages and track project risks and revenue generating professional services.
  
• Escalate critical risks blockers and decisions to the Head of PMO in a timely manner.
  
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project on time with excellent delivery
  
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior project managers and coordinators within the PMO
  
• Promote collaborative work across departments and resolve team-level conflicts constructively
  
• Proactively liaise with vendors to identify escalate and resolve product deficiencies bugs and support requirements mitigating risks and ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  
• Contribute to internal knowledge expansion and continual process improvement.
  

Requirements

• Has 5-7 years managing IT Cybersecurity and IT Asset Management projects
  

• Native Arabic Speaking
  
• PMP Certified
  
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools like ZOHO Project MS Project etc.
  
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Arabic
  
• 5-7 years hands in managing IT Cybersecurity and IT Asset Management projects
  
• Completed at least 3 large projects in the Area of Cybersecurity IT Asset Management ITSM or any Solution Oriented Services.
  
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions Integration with other IT and Networking solutions cloud architecture etc.
  
• Have people management skills and lead for results on projects with a problem-solving attitude
  
• Traveling: required

Qualifications & Requirements: Native Arabic speaking with advanced English business communication Bachelors degree in Information Technology (IT) Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. 5 years of relevant technical project management delivery Strong knowledge of Projects principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel High attention to detail and strong IT technical knowledge Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and under pressure Applicant must be currently a Saudi resident Preferred Skills Experience with Project systems (e.g. MS Project ZOHO Project or similar) PMP certification is required Experience in IT Asset Management tools is a plus Experience in managing a team is preferred

Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology (IT) Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
