Location: Taif, KSA Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and highly organized Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in a fast-paced trampoline park environment. This role blends culinary leadership with operational excellence, delivering high-quality food across a multi-cuisine menu that includes pasta, pizza, burgers, Arabic dishes, and more, while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and strict food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all kitchen operations and food preparation Design, develop, and execute a multi-cuisine menu (pasta, pizza, burgers, Arabic cuisine, etc.) Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all menu items Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff Manage stock control, ordering, food costing, and waste reduction Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Collaborate with management to support events, parties, and high-volume service periods Job Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef Experience working with multi-cuisine menus (Western & Arabic preferred) Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance Ability to lead a kitchen team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and peak service times Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications preferred Required Skills Strong kitchen leadership and team-management skills Expertise in multi-cuisine cooking techniques Menu planning, food costing, and inventory control skills Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure High attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency Why Join Us?
