• Develop and implement comprehensive cost control strategies for large-scale Aramco projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and contractual requirements.
• Manage the entire project cost lifecycle, from initial budgeting and forecasting to final cost reconciliation and close-out, proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of detailed cost reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics for senior management and project stakeholders.
• Lead the validation and approval process for all project-related invoices, change orders, and payment applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCE, or ACCA are highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in cost control, specifically within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• Proven track record managing costs for mega-projects, ideally with experience on Aramco or similar major energy projects.
