Digital Account Lead

Location: Riyadh preferred; Jeddah also considered

We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Partner / Digital Account Lead who can bridge business needs and technology, shape digital opportunities, and translate client challenges into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable value and impact.

The Role

You will serve as a key interface between clients and digital teams, leading the discovery and shaping of digital opportunities, translating business needs into clear roadmaps and solutions, and supporting successful delivery, adoption, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and operational needs into digital roadmaps, use cases, and clear requirements.
• Shape and lead digital transformation initiatives across digital platforms, data & analytics, automation, CRM, and digital products and services.
• Prioritize initiatives based on client readiness, data maturity, funding, adoption requirements, and delivery dependencies.
• Drive post-implementation adoption and monitor usage, performance, value, and impact.
• Identify opportunities for reusable digital assets and scalable solutions across clients.
• Collaborate with consulting, PMO, finance, business development, and technical teams to ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally deliverable.
• Manage client and internal stakeholders and address delivery, scope, cost, timeline, and adoption challenges.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Digital Transformation, Data, Product Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, Digital Solutions, Platforms, Data & Analytics, Automation, CRM, or Digital Product Management.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
• Good understanding of Agile / Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in the nonprofit / third sector is preferred but not mandatory.
