Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION -

  1. Familiar with QMS structure & aware of the Quality Policy of the organization.
  2. Ensure establishing implementing and maintaining of quality management system of each department.
  3. Ensuring QMS process maintenance.
  4. Reporting to Management on QMS performance of all departments.
  5. Performing Internal Audit and discuss its findings to concern persons for closing out of NCR / CPAR if any.
  6. Identify any potential quality issues as per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
  7. Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
  8. Isolate replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes.
  9. Controlling of document and records.
  10. Distributing all controlled documents to concern department as per requirement.
  11. Ensures the quality records acceptance certificates mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.
  12. Preparation of Inspection test plan (ITP) WPS Work Procedures Controlled formats as per Client requirement.
  13. Coordinate with the site QC in charge for the completion of as-built documentation.
  14. Attend the QA/QC meeting.
  15. Coordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field QC site inspectors.
  1. Technical Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical Experience required.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Ability to read & understand well international codes & standards.
  • ISO 9001:2015 – LEAD AUDITOR CERTIFICATE

  • IMPORTANT POINTS TO FOLLOW FOR QA ENGINEER :

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical Experience required.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Ability to read & understand well international codes & standards.
  • ISO 9001:2015 – LEAD AUDITOR CERTIFICATE
  • QA Engineer - ISO 9001:2015 – LEAD AUDITOR CERTIFICATE with 3 -4 YEARS EXPERIENCE ONLY
