Category Manager - Private Label (saudi National)

Job Summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a Category Manager Private Label (Saudi National). The role is responsible for driving private label growth profitability and customer satisfaction through effective product development supplier management and category strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with company goals.

- Drive private label product development from concept to launch.

- Source negotiate and manage supplier partnerships to ensure quality cost efficiency and innovation.

- Monitor category performance (sales margins stock) and implement growth strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and promotional impact.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory food safety and quality standards.

- Optimize budgets track KPIs and deliver on profitability targets.

Requirements

- Saudi National (mandatory).

- 5 years in Category Management Buying or Private Label.

- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field.

- Strong negotiation analytical and supplier management skills.

- Knowledge of product development branding and compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP systems knowledge is a plus.
