Transport Manager

Main Tasks:
• Managing and operating the truck fleet and monitoring daily operations.
• Planning and organizing trips and routes, and improving operational efficiency.
• Monitoring driver performance and adherence to loading and unloading schedules.
• Monitoring GPS systems and analyzing vehicle movement and stops.
• Coordinating with the workshop and maintenance team to ensure fleet readiness.
• Monitoring fuel consumption and operational costs and working to reduce them.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports and KPI performance indicators.
• Implementing safety policies and ensuring compliance with transport regulations and instructions.

Requirements:
• Practical experience in managing and operating transport fleets and heavy trucks.
• Strong ability to manage drivers and organize trips.
• Proficiency in dealing with GPS tracking systems and fleet software and reports.
• High skills in planning, monitoring, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Good knowledge of the Kingdom's roads and regions is an important advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage operations around the clock.
