Responsibilities: - Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation cases before courts and tribunals. - Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal opinions. - Advise clients on litigation strategies and potential risks. - Negotiate settlements and manage dispute resolution processes. - Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to prepare cases for trial. - Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to provide informed legal guidance.

- Law degree from a recognized institution and admission to the Saudi Bar Association. - Proven experience as a litigation lawyer within Saudi Arabia, preferably in a top-tier law firm. - Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian civil procedure and litigation laws. - Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases effectively. - High degree of professionalism, integrity, and client-service orientation. - Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
