Manage cash and electronic collection operations from customers efficiently, recording all transactions and maintaining the integrity of the cash fund according to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

* Greet customers and execute sales and cash collection transactions.

* Issue invoices and receipts, ensuring the accuracy of data.

* Verify the accuracy of cash balances and return change to customers.

* Safeguard the cash fund and ensure it is not used for personal purposes.

* Reconcile the cash fund with transactions and receipts at the end of the shift.

* Prepare and deliver daily cash fund reports according to established procedures.

* Operate point-of-sale devices and process various payment transactions.

* Monitor refund and cancellation operations according to established policies and procedures.

* Report any discrepancies or errors in the cash fund immediately.

* Maintain the confidentiality of financial information and customer data.

* Adhere to company policies and security procedures to ensure customer safety.

* Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Skills

Skills

* High school diploma as a minimum requirement.

* Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred.

* Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and accounting software.

* Accuracy and attention to detail with a sense of responsibility.

* Good interpersonal skills in dealing with customers.

* Ability to work under pressure and in peak times.

* Adherence to deadlines and working within established procedures.
