About the Role:

As an Operations Specialist at Stella Stays youll be the backbone of our operations ensuring everything runs smoothly and our properties are maintained to the highest standards. Youll help implement property management strategies oversee daily operations and ensure we consistently meet Stella Stays operational and service standards.

What Youll Do:

Handle guest concerns and operational issues promptly to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Remain available during emergencies to ensure guests are safe supported and well taken care of.

Prepare and share operational reports and respond promptly to requests.

Oversee daily property operations including budget management and operational planning.

Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and in line with the agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records daily.

Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance renovations and repairs including obtaining quotations overseeing the work and managing costs within the approved budget.

Understand and coordinate the responsibilities of service providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Support the achievement of budget targets by identifying practical and cost-effective solutions.

Improve guest satisfaction through clear communication timely follow-up and effective problem-solving.

Identify opportunities to improve operational processes service quality and overall efficiency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.

What Were Looking For:

Two to three years of experience in operations property management or facilities management.

Strong knowledge of property management and day-to-day operational processes.

Excellent communication leadership organizational and budget management skills.

Experience coordinating maintenance renovation and repair activities.

Proven ability to manage suppliers contractors and service providers effectively.

Strong communication problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational tools.
