About the Role
Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Senior Manager - Sales to join its team. This full-time role involves generating and managing group sales, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring the delivery of memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the hotel to prospective clients, serving as the main contact for group rooms, meeting space, and food and beverage services.
- Drive new business by responding to inquiries, initiating outreach, qualifying leads, and soliciting potential clients through proactive sales efforts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including conducting site visits, client entertainment, proposal preparation, rate determination, contract negotiation, and account servicing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue and room night goals, adjusting based on performance and market conditions.
- Analyze sales performance, evaluate lost business reports, and identify opportunities to strengthen conversion and competitiveness.
- Collaborate across departments to coordinate the fulfillment of contracted services and uphold high standards of client satisfaction.
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
