Role Description The Customs Broker is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for preparing and submitting customs documentation, ensuring shipments comply with Saudi customs regulations and international trade requirements. Daily tasks include coordinating with customs authorities, ports, and related agencies; verifying invoices, packing lists, and HS codes; and resolving clearance issues to prevent delays. The role involves close communication with clients to provide updates, clarify documentation needs, and address inquiries about import and export processes. The Customs Broker will also collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to plan timely clearance, support cost-effective solutions, and maintain accurate records and reports for all assigned shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customs documentation and clearance operations for imports/exports at the airport terminal.
• Coordinate directly with customs authorities, airport/port officials, and internal logistics teams.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi customs laws, tariff classifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clearance.
• Track shipment statuses, inspect cargo on-site, and resolve any customs holds or documentation discrepancies promptly.

Requirements:

Saudis Only

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics (air freight experience preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of local customs regulations and online platforms (e.g., Fasah / ZATCA).
• Ability to work field-based / on-site at the airport and manage shift schedules (including night shifts/weekends as needed).
• High stress tolerance with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
