About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Waiter / Waitress to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering food and beverage service to guests, contributing to a positive guest experience. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact with guests in a friendly manner and identify opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
- Acquire detailed knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests effectively.
- Take food and beverage orders, accurately enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
- Ensure the food service station remains stocked, clean, and organized.
- Adhere to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain standards for guest and team member well-being.
