About the Role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator (Saudi National Only) to join their team. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on maintaining the hotel's appearance and cleanliness to ensure a memorable guest experience. The role involves a range of housekeeping functions, contributing to the overall guest environment.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking carts with necessary supplies for daily operations.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces to established standards.
• Performing other similar responsibilities to ensure a positive guest experience throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe workplace for all associates and guests.
• Following all company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations.
• Upholding the hotel's quality standards in all tasks.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet and moving around, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to take a hands-on approach to work, which includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
