Our newest opportunity is for a talented Project Director to join our award winning team in Madinah, Saudi. We are currently looking for a Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious mega project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a high-profile project with an international impact, and we need an experienced leader to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of the project.

We envisage success in this role to include;

Technical / Delivery Experience

• Delivering large-scale, multi-tower mixed-use or hospitality developments, ideally podium-plus-towers schemes of comparable scale

  
  

• Demonstrating a proven track record across PMC and CSC execution

  
  

• Applying strong command of integrated programme management, including baseline programming, critical path planning, and driving delivery on complex, fast-track construction programmes

  
  

• Managing multi-disciplinary delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, planning, and commercial functions as one coordinated team

  
  

• Administering FIDIC-based contracts and managing formal contractual correspondence

  
  

Leadership & Team Building

• Building and leading integrated delivery teams on large, complex projects

  
  

• Providing confident, decisive leadership capable of holding contractors and consultants accountable to measurable delivery commitments

  
  

• Mobilising project teams of 150–200 personnel at pace in a fast-track environment

  
  

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Operating comfortably at executive level with sophisticated, highly engaged client organisations

  
  

• Demonstrating strong diplomatic and negotiation skills, with sound commercial judgement

  
  

• Managing contractual and commercial matters professionally and collaboratively

  
  

Regional & Sector Context

• Bringing prior experience on Saudi giga-projects or similarly scaled regional developments, strongly preferred

  
  

• Understanding the operating environment surrounding Vision 2030 developments, including pace of delivery, client expectations, and multi-stakeholder governance

  
  

• Coordinating effectively with hospitality and hotel operators

  
  

Personal Qualities

• Remaining resilient and results-driven while operating in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment
• Communicating effectively and translating technical and programme detail into clear executive-level reporting
• Demonstrating high integrity and a strong sense of ownership

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or similar

• Proven experience in leading large, complex projects (preferably in the Middle East or other high-growth regions).

  
  

• Strong background in hospitality construction, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.

  
  

• Experience in managing project budgets exceeding $100 million.

  
  

• Hands-on experience in project delivery from inception to completion.
