Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supervision of MV/LV power, lighting, emergency power, earthing, lightning protection, and electrical life-safety systems.
• Review electrical designs, shop drawings, load calculations, single-line diagrams, and material submittals.
• Coordinate electrical distribution across residential, commercial, retail, office, clubhouse, and public areas.
• Manage interfaces with utility providers, infrastructure networks, MEP systems, and architectural finishes.
• Monitor installations, testing, energisation, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Review RFIs, method statements, protection studies, and technical proposals.
• Manage electrical inspections, snagging, handover, and O&M documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering and construction-supervision experience.
• Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution, transformers, generators, UPS, lighting, earthing, and life-safety systems.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, energisation, and authority coordination.
• Knowledge of SBC, SEC requirements, IEC, NFPA, and NEC standards.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.
