Install and configure RTU hardware and control wave applications on customer sites Commission SCADA projects using Open Enterprise and integrate with existing control systems Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues Conduct field service visits for preventive maintenance and emergency support Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to technical specifications Provide training and technical support to customer personnel Document service activities, generate reports, and maintain accurate records of system configurations Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Control, or Automation Engineering 5-7 years of field service experience with RTU and SCADA systems Proficiency with Control Wave software and Open Enterprise platform Strong commissioning and system integration skills Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise in industrial automation environments Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on site Willingness to travel frequently within the Eastern Province and beyond
