Welcome customers and assist them with product selection. Provide product information and recommendations. Process sales, payments, exchanges, and returns. Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries. Support the team in achieving sales targets. Receive, organize, and track stock. Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies. Maintain organized product displays and storage areas. Prepare, pack, and dispatch online orders. Monitor damaged products and manage returns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in retail sales or inventory management. Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. A valid driver s license is a plus.
