HR Specialist

About the Role
Procter & Gamble Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and immigration policies. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage digital portal operations for processing visas, work permits (Iqamas), and labor files using official systems such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
Monitor changes in Saudi Labor Law and immigration policies, providing advice to company management on potential operational impacts.
Act as a liaison for the organization during official visits, inspections, or meetings with government ministries, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD).
Provide support to employees for onboarding, exit clearances, and various governmental documentation requirements.
Conduct intentional assessments and analytics to identify areas for improvement within HR data and processes.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR department.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant HR role.
Demonstrated understanding of Saudi Labor Law and immigration regulations.
Proficiency in using official government systems such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
