About the Role
Al Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Construction Equipment for Al-Futtaim Automotive, specifically for FAMCO KSA. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and reports directly to the Country Manager – FAMCO KSA. The role focuses on leading the Construction Equipment sales business across KSA.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales volume, revenue, and gross margin within the Construction Equipment sector. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing regional sales structure, setting sales direction, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and ensuring overall commercial performance for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the national sales function for Construction Equipment to achieve agreed sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
- Collaborate with Planning and Analysis teams to establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
- Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, providing accurate weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
- Monitor sales progression daily, weekly, and monthly, implementing timely actions to maintain performance on track.
- Maximize stock availability and support sales campaigns designed to manage overage inventory effectively.
- Build and maintain KPI reporting to provide clear insights into market performance and sales trends.
- Work with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure sales campaigns are relevant, targeted, and capable of delivering results.
Experience and Qualifications
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the construction equipment industry. The role requires a proven track record in driving sales performance and leading sales teams.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, KSA, within the Al-Futtaim Automotive division, specifically FAMCO KSA. The role involves working within a regional sales structure and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
