About the Role
Al Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles for Al-Futtaim Automotive | FAMCO. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the Country Manager – FAMCO KSA. The role focuses on leading the Trucks & Buses sales business across the Kingdom.
Role Purpose and Context
The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales volume, revenue, and gross margin for the Trucks & Buses division. The Regional Sales Manager will lead a regional sales structure, contribute to setting sales direction, enhance forecasting accuracy, and ensure overall commercial performance across the business in key cities including Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the national sales function for Trucks & Buses to achieve agreed sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
- Manage and coach regional sales managers in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah to deliver strong commercial results.
- Collaborate with Planning and Analysis teams to establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
- Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, providing accurate weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
- Monitor sales progression daily, weekly, and monthly, implementing timely actions to maintain performance.
- Maximize stock availability and support sales campaigns designed to manage overage inventory effectively.
- Build and maintain KPI reporting to provide clear insights into market performance and sales trends.
- Collaborate with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure sales campaigns are relevant, targeted, and capable of delivering results.
Required Experience
- Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales management role.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending across Riyadh and Jeddah. The role involves leading a regional sales team and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
