Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a C&E Manager, you’re not just supporting sales strategies to maximize event revenue – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Drive C&E Revenue: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conference and event revenue, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
• Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event organizers, and business partners to understand their requirements and secure repeat business.
• Manage Event Enquiries: Handle conference and event enquiries from initial contact through confirmation, ensuring accurate proposals, quotations, and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate Event Planning: Work closely with Operations, Banqueting, F&B, and other hotel departments to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and events are delivered successfully.
• Conduct Site Inspections: Welcome potential clients for hotel and event space tours, present the hotel's facilities, and recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements.
• Monitor Sales Performance: Track confirmed and tentative business, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates on sales activities and revenue performance.
• Promote the Hotel: Support sales calls, client visits, networking activities, and promotional initiatives to increase the hotel's visibility and generate new C&E opportunities.
• Ensure Hilton Standards: Maintain compliance with Hilton standards, hotel policies, and established sales procedures throughout the C&E sales process.
