We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and optimize transportation, fleet, drivers, and daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise transportation operations and daily trips.

• Assign trips to vehicles and drivers and monitor execution.

• Monitor fleet readiness, maintenance, breakdowns, and fuel consumption.

• Manage drivers and operations teams and monitor performance and discipline.

• Plan routes and optimize fleet utilization to reduce unnecessary trips and costs.

• Supervise loading, unloading, and deliveries while ensuring on-time service.

• Handle operational issues, delays, and customer complaints.

• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, licensing, and insurance requirements.

• Analyze operating costs and KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.

• Improve operational efficiency, productivity, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven 7 years' experience in refrigerated & dry transportation and logistics operations.

• Experience managing fleets, drivers, and transportation trips.

• Strong knowledge of operational cost and KPI analysis.

• Experience with TMS / Fleet Management / Vehicle Tracking Systems is preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

• Good knowledge of transportation and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment:

Field and office-based, with continuous operational follow-up and handling of breakdowns, delays, and emergencies when required.

To ensure the company’s fleet operates safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively, while maintaining high service standards, on-time deliveries, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
