Role Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Specialist to drive our talent acquisition efforts and ensure a seamless integration for new hires. This role focuses heavily on sourcing top real estate talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and delivering a structured, welcoming onboarding experience, while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Post job listings, actively source candidates, screen resumes, and shortlist qualified applicants for sales and administrative roles.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Onboarding Management: Oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and collecting new hire documentation.
• First-Day Setup: Coordinate with IT and management to ensure workspace setups, system access, and welcome kits are ready prior to start dates.
• Orientation: Conduct comprehensive new employee orientations, team introductions, and training schedule alignments.
• Government Portals: Assist with registering new employees on official Saudi platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudadd).
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records in the HR database.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for new hires regarding basic HR inquiries, company policies, and workplace integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of practical HR experience in Saudi Arabia, with a strong, demonstrable focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and government HR portals (Qiwa, GOSI).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• High organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
