Title: Brand Marketing Specialist (In-Store & Social Media)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly energetic Brand Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our brand presence across all digital channels and physical store locations. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will bridge the gap between digital content and in-store guest experiences—driving foot traffic, brand loyalty, and sales across all Unity Holding concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Strategy:

• Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars for Kermal, Kazdoura, and Lamb Kitchen across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) capturing the unique vibe, signature dishes, and culinary stories of each brand.
• Manage community engagement—promptly interacting with followers, responding to DMs/comments, and building local brand advocacy.

In-Store & Experiential Marketing:

• Design, implement, and audit point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials, table tents, visual merchandising, and seasonal campaign displays across all 6 branches.
• Collaborate with branch operational teams to ensure brand standards, promotional offers, and messaging are seamlessly executed on the floor.
• Organize localized activation events, food-tasting campaigns, and influencer visits.

Local SEO & Platform Management:

• Manage Google Business Profiles, food delivery aggregator listings (HungerStation, Jahez, Chefz, etc.), and review management systems across all locations.

Influencer & PR Relations:

• Identify, pitch, and collaborate with relevant food, lifestyle, and local Jeddah influencers to drive organic coverage and brand hype.

Performance Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and report key performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, branch foot traffic, campaign conversion rates) on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications & Requirements"

Experience: 2–4 years of marketing experience within the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah experience strongly preferred).

Skills:

• Proven track record of managing active social media pages (portfolio or links required).
• Strong skills in mobile video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of the Saudi hospitality market, consumer behavior, and dining trends.
