Own the development and maintenance of Mnzil's React Native mobile application across iOS and Android platforms Translate product requirements and design specs into high-quality, production-ready features with minimal back-and-forth Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, UI inconsistencies, and crashes before they reach users Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers to ship features end-to-end Write clean, well-structured, and testable code and hold yourself accountable to a consistent quality bar Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards that raise the bar for the whole team Proactively surface technical debt and propose improvements without waiting to be asked

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on React Native development with shipped apps live on the App Store and/or Google Play Solid command of JavaScript and TypeScript, with an understanding of how React Native bridges to native layers Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing application state using tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query Proven ability to debug complex mobile issues including rendering performance, memory management, and device-specific behaviour Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve and self-direction is expected Strong communication skills able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-engineers
