Job description
A real estate company is seeking a sales associate to work within its sales team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in real estate sales.
* Experience in sales projects on the map.
* Familiarity with sales procedures and stages in real estate.
* Good knowledge of financing and banking procedures.
* Familiarity with the regulations and systems of the Real Estate Union is preferred.
* Experience in customer service and telephone communication with clients.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
