Manage day-to-day delivery of FM services across all project sites, including PPM, corrective maintenance, and soft services. Plan and deploy manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet contract requirements. Serve as the main point of contact with the client and consultant, attending progress meetings and handling escalations. Track performance against KPIs and SLAs, and prepare monthly performance and progress reports. Manage the project budget, cost control, invoicing, and variation claims. Lead site engineers, supervisors, and technicians, including performance management and training. Ensure full compliance with contract terms, HSE requirements, and quality procedures. Oversee asset condition surveys, asset registers, and lifecycle planning. Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate with procurement on materials and spare parts. Identify operational risks early and put mitigation plans in place.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 7+ years of experience, including TBC projects in facility management. Accreditation: Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration. Languages: English and Arabic.
