Job description
We are looking for a professional Cafe Manager with operational experience in cafe management and operations, capable of leading a team to achieve sales and profitability goals while maintaining high-quality standards and customer experience.
- Responsibilities and Duties
* Manage daily operations of the cafe and supervise the team.
* Achieve sales and profitability targets.
* Monitor product quality, service, and customer experience.
* Manage inventory and purchases, controlling costs and waste.
* Prepare work schedules and monitor employee performance and discipline.
* Track sales and operational and financial reports.
* Train and develop the team to enhance performance.
- * Ensure compliance with cleanliness, quality, and safety standards.
Skills
* Proven previous experience in cafe management and operations.
* Good knowledge of costs, inventory, and POS systems.
* Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Ability to analyze sales and achieve targets.
* High attention to product quality and customer service.
* Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in branded or professionally operated cafes is preferred.
