Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities (earthworks, concrete, structural, and finishing works) in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. Coordinate with the Site Supervisor, subcontractors, surveyors, QA/QC, and other disciplines to resolve site technical issues and keep the works progressing smoothly. Conduct site inspections and verify dimensions, levels, materials, and workmanship to confirm activities are executed to approved requirements. Ensure all site activities comply with project HSE requirements, QA/QC procedures, approved ITPs, drawings, specifications, and applicable engineering standards. Review shop drawings and method statements, and raise technical queries (RFIs) where clarification is needed. Monitor daily progress against the schedule and report delays, risks, and resource needs. Prepare daily and weekly site reports and maintain inspection records. Support quantity take-offs and verification of subcontractor work for progress measurement.

Coordinate technical issues with Site Supervisor, subcontractors, surveyors, QA/QC, and other disciplines. Supervise daily civil construction activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Monitor project progress and report status to senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as built documentation. Resolve on site technical problems promptly to avoid delays. Facilitate communication between design, procurement, and construction teams. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce corrective actions. Maintain accurate project records, logs, and daily reports. Support the preparation of cost estimates and schedule updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting, construction, and industrial projects. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration. Good working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, ITPs, and QA/QC procedures. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office; exposure to scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project) is an advantage. Strong communication and coordination skills; English required, Arabic an advantage. Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
