Job Summary
Investment Banking Expert
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling valuation transaction analysis and industry research.
Youll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
Scope of Work
- Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
- Perform target screening comparable company analysis and transaction analysis.
- Build review and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
- Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
- Analyze financial materials for numerical errors valuation issues and logical inconsistencies.
- Explain accounting treatments valuation adjustments assumptions and transaction sensitivities.
- Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A investment banking or industry coverage.
- Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
- Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling valuation and scenario analysis.
- Experience with company research target screening comparable company analysis and pitchbook preparation.
- Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
