Team Description:

WegoPro is Wego's corporate travel and expense management platform, helping businesses book flights and hotels, manage travel spend, and control expenses in one place.

Saudi Arabia is a key growth market for WegoPro. You'll be our first dedicated lead generation hire for the Saudi market, working closely with our sales team in Riyadh.

The Role:

As a Lead Generation Associate, you'll run outbound prospecting for the Saudi market, turning target accounts into qualified meetings for our Riyadh sales team.

You'll use cold email, calling, and LinkedIn to reach the right buyers, build rapport, and grow a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

What you will be working on:

• Building a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B leads for WegoPro in Saudi Arabia

  
  
  

• Hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated

  
  
  

• Refining targeting and messaging based on conversion rate feedback from the sales team

  
  
  

• Localizing outreach messaging for the Saudi market together with our marketing and content teams

  
  
  

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound B2B lead generation campaigns via cold email, calling, and LinkedIn (InMail, Campaign Manager)

  
  
  

• Follow up consistently and build rapport with prospects throughout the outreach process

  
  
  

• Stay up to date on WegoPro's product so you can answer prospect questions confidently

  
  
  

• Work closely with the Riyadh sales team, from identifying target accounts through prospecting to booking qualified meetings

  
  
  

• Build and maintain a working knowledge of the Saudi market, the competitive landscape, and WegoPro's target buyer profile

  
  
  

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field

  
  
  

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation and outbound campaign execution, including cold email, calling, and LinkedIn outreach

  
  
  

• Must-have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic

  
  
  

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  
  
  

• A metrics-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach
