Details of the Division and Team:

You will be responsible for trade & execution of Equities orders under best-execution within our open architecture framework. This involves executing buy/sell orders for clients in a timely and accurate fashion, minimizing market impact and minimizing price slippage from a given metric. Also, ensure the organization’s mission, products and services are constantly presented in a strong and positive light.

Your key responsibilities:

• Support the head of Equities execution on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Front Office, Compliance, IT, Operations and Risk to help develop, maintain and improve the business.
• Engage Investment Managers and Relationship Managers on Capital Markets content.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations and procedures.
• Receive and execute sell/buy orders on behalf of DSSA clients.
• Provide information to clients on stock market movements, corporate data, stock prices and valuation.
• Monitor, control and mitigate all risks associated to the execution of transactions.
• Monitor and participate where necessary in IPOs and other liquidity events in the market.
• Liaise with Tadawul and authorities to ensure DSSA Equity Trading abides by market rules, and to keep abreast of any changes to the rules

Your skills and experience:

• CME-1 + CME-3 qualifications are a must.
• A genuine interest in Financial Markets, with 3+ years’ experience. Equities trading experience strongly preferred.
• An understanding of the Saudi Arabia stock market and a willingness to learn.
• Strong team player, willing and able to work under pressure, being able to prioritize tasks.
• Strong financial analysis and technical skills. Works fast with precision and takes initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Bloomberg and Microsoft office programmes.
• Must hold Tadawul Professional Exam Certificate (Registered Broker).
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
