• Description: ➜Responsibilities
  •Strategic Sourcing & CAPEX Tendering: Direct end-to-end multi-domain procurement strategies, leading high-value CAPEX and OPEX tenders for large-scale remote infrastructure developments.
  •Power & Autonomy Infrastructure Acquisition: Lead the technical evaluation, vendor negotiation, and procurement of power generation systems, automatic transfer switches (ATS), off-grid renewables, and critical backup power assets.
  •Mobility & Field-Deployment Asset Procurement: Oversee the sourcing and delivery schedules for specialized heavy fleet, field mobility equipment, and deployment machinery suited for rugged, remote terrains.
  •Mission-Critical Telecom & OT Integration: Direct the procurement of satellite, tactical radio communications, and operational technology (OT) systems, including surveillance, security, and environmental sensing networks.
  •Remote Facilities & Life-Support Operations: Manage contractual frameworks and supply chains for turn-key remote camp facilities, modular housing, life-support utilities, catering, and field logistics operations.
  •Strategic Vendor Qualification & Performance: Establish rigorous vendor qualification criteria, local content development mechanisms (in alignment with KSA localization programs), and supplier governance frameworks.
  •Executive Governance & Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with the CEO, engineering, and project delivery teams to align procurement timelines with remote site construction schedules, mitigating supply-chain bottlenecks and project risk.
  ➜Qualifications
  •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Engineering degree preferred.
  •Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in technical procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management within complex infrastructure, construction, utilities, telecommunications, or remote-site projects.
  •Demonstrated expertise procuring across multiple technical categories, including mobility assets, off-grid power systems, telecommunications and OT infrastructure, and remote-site life-support solutions.
  •Strong industry background with major technical integrators, EPC contractors, utilities, telecom providers, industrial technology companies, or equivalent Tier-1 organizations operating in Saudi Arabia.
  •Proven leadership in complex CAPEX tendering, commercial negotiations, contract strategy, supplier governance, and executive-level procurement decision-making.
  •Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English, with strong executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  •Currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with active residency and appropriate transferable employment status.
