Senior Team Manager - Engineering | Seafood | KAEC, Rabigh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team in the manufacture and packaging of seafood products while maintaining internal and regulatory standards and continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner

Job Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

    
    
    

  • 4 - 6 experiences in same industry and similar position

    
    
    

  • Experience in food processing / packaging equipment

    
    
    
  • Excellent written and spoken of Arabic / English

Key Responsibilities :

• • Manage break downs and maintenance during his / her shift to meet the internal customer requirements ensuring adherence to the defined safety and Quality standards

    
    
    

  • Co-ordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment’s perform as required

    
    
    

  • Identify training needs of maintenance technicians and ensure that the required skills inventory is in the place

    
    
    

  • Review of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action
