About the Role: To ensure that all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment is maintained in good mechanical order and is of sufficient capacity to meet the demands.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold Bachelors in Engineering in (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum of 7 years experience in managing a large scale poultry processing plant engineering operation in the maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Should have knowledge of understanding Freon and ammonia system.
• Should have experience in complete servicing of compressors (Screw & Reciprocating).
• Should have experience in servicing of pumps, condensers, chillers.
• Excellent communicator with good influencing and man management skills.
• A sound knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnostic fault finding.
• A sound experience with all types of refrigeration machinery.
• High degree of confidence and or decision making capability.
• Focused under pressure, self motivated, assertive, confident, fair, and open-minded.
