An aggressive expansion program, together with acquisitions in new vertical markets, has created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering the group's growth plans.
About the Role
To initiate, prepare, finalize, update, maintain, and enforce IFRS-compliant external financial reporting for Almarai group, in order to comply with external financial reporting requirements.
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted
- Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting.
- Minimum 7 years of experience auditing IFRS-based FS in a related industry, preferably in FMCG.
- Expert-level knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and ISA (International Standards on Auditing).
- Strong ability to understand international GAAP (KSA, Egypt, Jordan, Argentina).
- Certified (CPA, ACCA, CA) or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
- Ability to train and develop subordinates.
- Extreme attention to detail, thorough research and intense review
- Ability to translate technical subjects into business-friendly writing.
