Job description
Team Manager, Feed Mill | Saudi Arabia, Hail
Role Summary:
To manage a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position within a Poultry or food environment
- Experience in high volume operational environment.
- Degree in Poultry Processing /Food Technology or related discipline. Working knowledge and understanding of implementation of international Quality Standards like ISO 9000 and HACCP.
