Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will support and strengthen property-level marketing execution, with a strong focus on daily content creation, agency coordination, graphic design, campaign delivery, and F&B marketing activations. You will also contribute to driving conference and banquet revenues and enhancing the hotel’s overall brand presence.

As Marketing Executive, we rely on you to:

• Strengthen property-level marketing execution across daily marketing activities.
  
• Create and coordinate engaging daily content for the hotel’s digital and social media channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies and creative partners to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
• Support graphic design and development of marketing collateral in line with Shangri-La brand standards.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support internal departments with marketing activations, promotions, and events to drive awareness and revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, and campaign reports.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry or with creative agency background.
• Experience in content creation, social media, campaign execution, and F&B marketing.
• Strong graphic design and creative content development skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
