Together with our ecosystem partners, we strategize and implement plans for customer engagement and economic growth.

As a Channel Marketing Intern at Microsoft, you’ll join the International & Emerging Markets (IEM) team in Saudi Arabia, working within a cross-functional group focused on driving full-funnel marketing with Essential Device Retailers (EDR) and distribution partners. You’ll support EDR and distributor engagement across KSA, share feedback on retail and channel trends, capture learnings and help establish campaign best practices, leveraging the global infrastructure for support and shared platforms.

• Support the development of short- and long-term marketing plans with EDR and distribution partners in KSA that drive omnichannel sales and maximize ROI.
• Help build an EDR and distribution partner planning framework and establish a marketing calendar aligned with product campaigns and seasonal priorities.
• Localize global campaigns for EDR and distribution partners across KSA, activating digital, mobile-first, and social commerce strategies.
• Drive in-store and online conversion across EDR and distribution channels through connected experiences, shop-in-shop programs, and compelling demo platforms.
• Build retail seller advocacy across EDR and distributor sales teams through training, evangelism, and community engagement.
• Work with content creators and agencies to bring marketing stories to life for end customers in KSA and across International & Emerging Markets.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyse results, and support reporting to ensure execution excellence and brand consistency across EDR and distribution partners.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field (Must have at least one quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship)
• Proficient in English
• Legally Authorised to work in Saudi Arabia

Additional/Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, retail, channel marketing, marketing, retail sales, Consumer Technology Products and Services marketing experience is preferred
• MBA degree
• Understand the digital and physical buying journey (omni channel)
• Understanding of cross-discipline marketing programs
