About the Role:
To Co-ordinate all Quality (under the guidance of the SQAM / DQAM: Poultry) related aspects in the Poultry Operations to assist the Quality team within the Plant to effectively manage all aspects of Quality.
Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- To hold a diploma degree in food sciences and other related disciplines.
- To have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant.
- Good working knowledge of Quality standards, systems and audits
- Experience in Quality role within a Poultry Processing Plant
- Experienced in supervisory level.
- Good operational knowledge of Meat Processing & Animal Health
- Good operational knowledge of Quality Systems and audits.
