Description

• Acts as an effective change agent.
• Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of all elements of healthcare delivery, including but not limited to strategy, business planning, operations and financial management.
• Contributes to the development and responsibility for implementation of the ambulatory center strategic plan.
• Responsible for overall coordination and administration of workflow.
• Oversees and implements Fakeeh Care relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensures compliance with national and international standards, including accreditation requirements (e.g., CBAHI, JCI, CHI, etc.).
• Responsible for requesting medications, supplies, and equipment as per the scope and work needs of the ambulatory center and in alignment with relevant Fakeeh Care policies.
• Responsible for recruitment of staff as per work needs and approved manpower, and as per Fakeeh Care policies.
• Closely monitors patient satisfaction, complaints, and DAMA data and develops corrective action plans accordingly.
• Implements and monitors clinical and administrative performance indicators, identifies trends, and develops corrective action plans when suboptimal performance is noted
• Plans and coordinates continuing education activities and training for staff based on needs assessment.
• Plans, manages, and controls the budget for clinic services, resources, and facilities.
• Submits required reports to administration.
• Contributes to local and group committees’ membership.
• Ensures the center maintains compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensures to provide a safe and functional environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.
• Leads staff engagement initiatives to create a motivated and loyal workforce.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
  
  

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Experience

10+ years’ experience in the Healthcare sector and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in recognized medical centers.

Education

MBBCh or MD (Medical school). Specialty (residency) training is a preferred

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
