Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale civil projects from initiation to handover
• Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government authorities
• Monitor project performance, risks, variations, and reporting activities
• Drive site progress while maintaining cost and schedule targets
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across construction and technical functions
• Ensure successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual obligations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a must
• Minimum 10+ years of construction experience
• Excellent knowledge of project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
